Paynesville, Liberia: February 5, 2025 – Pictorial of the donation of Sanitation tools and a tricycle by the City government of Paynesville to the Township of Johnsonville.

The City of Paynesville in 2024 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Township of Johnsonville intended to jointly collaborate in the interest of Paynesville and Johnsonville.

Mr. T. Emmanuel Kemoh, II Chief of Staff in the office of Mayor Robert S. Bestman, II presented the tools and tricycle on behalf of the City of Paynesville while Commissioner John S. Randall received the tools on behalf of the Township of Johnsonville.

The tools donated were wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, cutlasses and a tricycle.
