As we assemble together with our loved ones at our homes and places of worship to observe National Thanksgiving Day, let us take a moment to reflect on the blessings that surround us.
I urge all citizens of our City and foreign residents, Priests, Imams, Bishops, Pastors, and all religious organizations to offer pray to the Almighty so that He can continuously unite and protect our City.An Act of our National Legislature enacted in 1883, declared the First Thursday in the month of November each year as Thanksgiving Day.
I am grateful to all those who have contributed to the vibrant tapestry of our city. Your resilience, kindness, and spirit of togetherness make Paynesville a truly special place to call home.
May this Thanksgiving be a time of reflection, appreciation, and unity. Let us reach out to those in need, embrace our differences, and come together in a spirit of generosity and compassion.
